Sooryavanshi

Rohit Shetty is directing and producing Sooryavanshi, an upcoming Hindi-language action film based on a script by Yunus Sajawal, Farhad Samji, Sanchit Bendre, and Vidhi Ghodgadnkar and an original story by Shetty. Sooryavanshi is distributed by Reliance Entertainment and Reliance Pictures. Akshay Kumar plays Anti-Terrorism Squad commander DCP Veer Sooryavanshi alongside Katrina Kaif in this fourth installment of Shetty’s Cop Universe. Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Niharica Raizada, Vivan Bhatena, Sikandar Kher, and Nikitin Dheer also star. In cameo cameos, Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh reprise their roles as Singham and Simmba, respectively, from the previous films in the franchise. The film was slated for a 30 April 2021 theatrical release. Prithviraj

Chandraprakash Dwivedi directs and Yash Raj Films produces Prithviraj, an upcoming Indian Hindi-language historical action drama film. In this film, the life of Prithviraj Chauhan is depicted. Manushi Chhillar makes her Hindi film debut as Prithviraj Chauhan’s adored wife Sanyogita, in which Akshay Kumar plays the title role. It also features a cast of well-known actors, including as Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood in crucial roles. The film is based on the Braj Bhasha epic poem Prithviraj Raso, which tells the storey of Prithviraj Chauhan’s life and times. In order to make its formal announcement and inform that it will be released in cinemas on Diwali 2020, Yash Raj Films produced a motion poster for the film on September 9, 2020. The film’s principal photography began on November 15, 2019, in Jaipur, but was put on hold in March 2020 because to the COVID-19 pandemic in India, which forced the production to be delayed indefinitely. Nischay Kuttanda and Farhad Samji collaborated on the script for Bachchan Pandey, a forthcoming Indian Hindi-language action comedy film directed by Farhad Samji. The film was written and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez also star in the film. Despite rumours to the contrary, the film is a remake of Jigarthanda and is based on an original screenplay by Kuttanda and Samji. The movie will hit theatres on March 4th, 2022.
