The 2023 Emmy Awards: Top Nominees

The 75th Primetime Emmy Awards will be held on September 18, 2023 at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, California. On July 12, 2023, the nominees were revealed, and Succession came out on top with 27 total nominations. This included a record-tying 14 acting nominations, which tied the show’s own record from the previous year. In addition, it was the first drama series ever to garner nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for all three of its main actors. The Last of Us is the first live-action adaptation of a video game to receive nominations in key categories for the Emmy Awards.
